We offer infrared sauna, steam room, ice bath and compression boot therapy to help improve mental health and overall wellbeing, not just exercise recovery
Every session is capped at 4 to 6 people, keeping the experience intimate, safe and personal. From helping frail or elderly clients into the ice bath, to free bub minding so parents can actually get through the door.
As a sole female founder, my personal story, building this business from lived experience while raising four children, gives Core Revival an authenticity that shapes everything from our service standards to our values.
Our growth has been driven by word of mouth and genuine client relationships, not by trying to be the biggest, but by being the most trusted and highly recommended on the Sunshine Coast.
